Welcome to the Statistics Database!

From this Database, you are able to retrieve historical data on principal statistical indicators published by DSEC for analysis and comparison. The Database contains statistical indicators covering demographic, social, economic and environmental aspects. Data are available from the time when official statistics were first released, where data users can obtain all information they need on a single page.

The Statistics Database is very easy to use. You would be able to get hold of it in three simple steps.

1.	Select indicators
	You may select one or more statistical indicators of your interest from the indicator tree, and generate statistical tables or charts for comparison and analysis;
2.	Add caption and set parameters
	You may give a caption to the selected statistical table or chart, and select the reporting periods of data.
3.	Select saving format
	As the customized statistical table or chart is displayed on the screen, you may save it in a format you wish (such as Excel, PDF, jpeg, etc.) for later use. And, you may as well save the specifications of the statistical table or chart to facilitate future retrieval and use.
