GEOGRAPHY
The Macao Special Administrative Region, part of the territory of China, is situated at the Pearl River Delta on the southeast coast of Mainland China, 60 km southwest of Hong Kong. The total land area of 33.3  km2 consists of the Macao Peninsula and the islands of Taipa and Coloane. The Macao Peninsula is linked to the Taipa Island by three bridges and the two islands are linked by the CoTai reclamation area. The highest hill, measuring 170.6 m in altitude, is situated at the Coloane Island.
